2015 Draft Hearing Schedule
Draft Amendment to the 2015 State Energy Plan
Pursuant to New York State Energy Law, Article 6, and as detailed in the State Register Notice (January 8, 2020)* 
, two public hearings were held to receive comments on the Draft Amendment to the 2015 State Energy Plan:
Each participant from the public was given five minutes to address the New York State Energy Planning Board. No formal presentations were allowed, but participants could leave written supporting documents. There was no formal Question-and-Answer format although Board Members could ask informal questions based on the provided testimony. The hearings were professionally recorded and transcribed, and the proceedings were incorporated in the official record of the Plan and posted on the State Energy Plan website.
