2005 Update Memorandum

The 2005 State Energy Plan Memorandum, filed with the Energy Planning Board, provides an update on the actions and initiatives taken to implement the strategies and recommendations contained in the 2002 Energy Plan. It also summarizes the data and information filed voluntarily by major energy suppliers in 2005.
